This is what will happen next:

Asia stops buying US Treasuries
They won't pay for US defenses that get reassigned to the middle east leaving them open to takeover from China / Russia / NK
The Fed has to increase interest rates to maintain sales of US Treasuries
This makes interest payments untenable on the multi trillion Debt
Following hyperinflation and USD devaluation causing oil to jump to $500-$800 USD
Oil will be much cheaper if paid for in Rubles / Chinese Yuan

Oil gets traded in local currencies, and only the USD paying countries have to pay exhorbitant prices.

USD will try to change its currency to Digital Crypto US dollars, but no one will buy except for Americans who will be forced to convert their dollars to digital. (Palantir managed CBDC)

Asia (Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan, Korea) sign peace agreements with China / Russia in order to buy oil at reasonable prices and an agreement to kick out US bases.

China takes Taiwan and the US does nothing.

US choices are:

Declare Victory and Withdraw now to prevent total collapse.
Continue War - and when domestic civil war begins due to hyperinflation, no food, no fuel... The US government begins a nuclear attack on Russia / China in order to "Save America" and bring about biblical Armageddon.
Everyone gets a major population cull around the world.\
The Elite come out of their bunkers to rule again after people are too starved or dead to put up resistance
The Elite Rule again with a 1 world government based on the Pyramid eye on the US dollar bill

So I got blocked by someone over at Truth Social who was pushing Amazon products in health groups. First, why anyone still supports a company that refuses to crack down on both plagiarism and digital art theft, amazes me. As an author with friends in the artistic space affected by this behaviour, I left and took my books elsewhere. Second, encouraging people to buy what they can often get for free in their backyard or in wild spaces, also doesn't make sense, because free sources make health and wellness more affordable. It's called foraging.

A recent push for a herbal supplement was for spurilina. The big claim to fame here is the chlorophyll. Dr Mercola, in a 2017 article shared a substitute that only requires gloves and maybe snips to get - stinging nettle:

It's been used in birth rooms and battlefields to stop bleeding, both internally and externally, and is considered to purify blood, as well. As a tea:

"It has been found to help cure mucus congestion, skin irritations, water retention and diarrhea … stimulate the digestive glands of the stomach, intestines, liver, pancreas and gall bladder. Applied externally, nettle tea … relieves rheumatism in both people and animals, makes a first-class gargle for
mouth and throat infections, helps to clear up acne and eczema and promotes the healing of burns."

My daughter and I began foraging over 10yrs ago, and we will either take the top 8 inches or so, or if the plant insists, the whole thing. We learned how to use gloved/sleeved hands to snap off what we want. The seeds are useful in cooking and tea as a fennel replacement. So we dry both mature and young leaves at all stages of growth.

This article has had it's second update in a single month! This time around a variant of vit B1, that most people think of as a lab creation and not a naturally-occurring compound. Today's edit isn't too far down the page this time, following on a gut health quote from Dr. Mercola. Bioavailability is a big deal to me, because without it, the idea of food as medicine is moot! If your gut can't process it, your body won't benefit from it.

An article on the local mainstream news source claims that doctors and health groups are lobbying the Canadian federal government to step up action against a growing number of cervical cancer cases across the country. They want an increase in use of the HPV vaccine, calling it "highly effective".

The so-called "highly effective vaccine" is known to cause severe side effects in people over the years, even killing some of them in the years my kids had been in high school. The better course of action to prevent cervical cancer, is for women to choose chaste lifestyles until they are married, and only marry a man who was chaste before his vows as well. This not only prevents most cases of cervical cancer, it prevents most cases of STD's as well.

If after taking those measures, a person is still concerned with potential cases of either STDs or cervical cancer, there are herbs that can help, either because they are considered anti-cancer, meaning they have compounds that prevent cancer, or because they have been tested or used historically against various forms of STD, or both.

While my focus as your Biblical Natural Health Coach is on wholefood as medicine, there are people out there who, for various reasons whether it's difficulty with mobility, issues in the kitchen, etc, can't make use of food to deal with their daily needs. For them, supplements are important.

Here in Canada, our taxes pay for basic healthcare. The way Canadians look at accessing healthcare services is shifting, and the more Canadians will need to pay out of pocket for services they used to take for granted.

Accessing natural health options requires a mindset shift, moving from emergency care to preventive care, to giving the body the tools it needs to begin the task of healing going forward.

in answer to yesterday's article, I went looking for something to make for myself. Two questions came to mind: Could one make chickpea hummus with carrots, and can one blend cheese into hummus?

Various people do include carrots in their hummus. I then found a recipe for a cottage cheese hummus, and figured I could swap in my cheese sauce instead. While digging these up, I found another way to prepare dry chickpeas that doesn't involve soaking all night.

I enjoyed my first meal with the dip, and then went to my database. As noted in yesterday's article, vitamin's A,C, and E have been noted to help with anti-inflammatory action in the lungs. Both A and E are fat soluble, and that is provided in my dip with the cheese sauce made from heavy cream.

January 21, 2026 I received this information from my awake friend Tony Lasker in Vancouver BC Canada, he had complicated dental work done recently. This is what his dentist Dr Paulos is doing for him, to protect him from the harm that the suspected contaminated dental anaesthetics may do to him.

Dr Paulos said that because of people worried about the graphene oxide and mrna in the freezing he gets his own made up ... My dentist Peter Balogh has the recommended Pierrel brand anesthetic Orabloc that Doctor Daniel Yoshio"s dentist friend from medicine Hat Alberta recommended. He thanked me for helping him find it. He thinks it is safe but needs to have it analyzed with more powerful microscopes to be absolutely sure. He said, to draw out the graphene oxide he has very powerful magnets to use on the vials anyway just to make sure.

He also said he has a lower powered microscope and he sees things in the other vials but has no way to know what they are.

It is too bad that these dentists do not have access to an electron microscope, they all are trying to find an independently verified pure dental anesthetic product, eventually they will, but so far we have a few options.

I am currently as of January 21, 2026 trusting this product is safe, Pierrel brand anesthetic Orabloc. This is what my dentist Peter Balogh believes is safe but he is not 100% sure, It was recommended by a dentist that Doctor Daniel Yoshio knows from Medicine Hat Alberta, I do not know why he believes this is pure yet, I will have to contact him and ask.
Any Canadian dentist can acquire it from their Canadian distributor, Doctor Dentist Peter Balogh acquired it in one week of him ordering it.
