in answer to yesterday's article, I went looking for something to make for myself. Two questions came to mind: Could one make chickpea hummus with carrots, and can one blend cheese into hummus? Various people do include carrots in their hummus. I then found a recipe for a cottage cheese hummus, and figured I could swap in my cheese sauce instead. While digging these up, I found another way to prepare dry chickpeas that doesn't involve soaking all night. I enjoyed my first meal with the dip, and then went to my database.
