I have graduated in 1993 from Biochemistry at University of Toronto. For the next 28 years, I have always been interested in maintaining optimal health and fitness level. Over the years, I learned what works and what does not work. I have overcome some personal health challenges and learned from them invaluable information and life lessons. In 2020, I became a certified holistic health coach which enables me to help you overcome many health concerns and issues. In 2021, I got my final holistic nutritionist certification. This helps me additionally concentrate on more involved cases.
