The document is the partnership agreement on implementation of UP-1 biological project signed by the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and the Lvov Research Institute for Epidemiology and Hygiene, the Anti-Plague Scientific Research Institute named after I.Mechnikov, as well as the Central Sanitary-Epidemiological Station of the Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine.
In addition, there has been separately presented the Memorandum of the Office of the Secretary of Defense on approval of the UP-1 project concept signed by the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Global Security.
