Strange smell coming from Tennessee man's SUV turns out to be a giant python!

When Knoxville, Tennessee, resident, Jesse Hodge, noticed an unusual smell coming from his car over the course of several days, he scheduled a maintenance checkup.

But before he got around to his appointment, he decided to take a look under the hood and see if he could identify the problem on his own.

The problem ended up being much easier to identify than he expected.

The I-40 in North Carolina was heavily damaged during Hurricane Helene, which was a huge problem as it’s a major road.

The Biden administration ignored many of the problems in North Carolina after the storm, leaving people sleeping in tents in winter. Who can ever forget FEMA under Biden, avoiding homes that had Trump signs in front of them?

When it came to the I-40, Biden’s transportation secretary Pete Buttigieg said it would take months, maybe even years to fix it.

Sean Duffy was sworn in as Trump’s transportation secretary just a few weeks ago and the I-40 is already open again. The North Carolina Department of Transportation announced the reopening of Interstate 40 on Saturday morning.

I-40 was destroyed by Hurricane Helene five months ago. Flash flooding along the Pigeon River damaged large sections of the eastbound lanes near the Tennessee line.

“This marks a significant step toward reconnecting North Carolina with Tennessee, and it comes as a relief to travelers and businesses alike", the NCDOT said.

It’s amazing what can be accomplished when you have competent people doing the job and a commitment to getting the work done.

They include data from the 10 Canadian provinces, 50 US states, 32 Mexican states, and the US territory of Puerto Rico. In the all-government index—which takes account of federal as well as state/provincial policies—the most economically-free jurisdiction in North America is New Hampshire, followed by Idaho, Oklahoma and South Carolina tied for third, and Florida and Indiana tied for fifth. Alberta is the highest-ranking Canadian province, tied for 12th place with Tennessee, South Dakota, Colorado, and Texas. The next-highest Canadian province is British Columbia, which is tied with Massachusetts, Minnesota, and New Mexico for 43rd.

The Federal ‘Emergency’ Management Agency (FEMA) is “nowhere to be found” in hurricane-ravaged areas where decomposing bodies are being discovered in trees and washed up on people’s homes, where the stench is so bad as to be unbearable.
