The only thing I would add to this is get comms (COMMUNICATIONS). 2 way Ham would be best, but at the very least get a good shortwave radio so you can tune into worldwide information -- you'll have no way to know what is happening if you do not because you think the news is skewed now? The Supreme Court has officially paused the killing of the ostriches at Universal Ostrich Farms. 🙏 Here’s what it means in simple terms: • The CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) had ordered all the birds to be destroyed. • Universal Ostrich Farms asked the Supreme Court to step in. • The Court has agreed to temporarily stop the killings until the case can be fully heard. • CFIA (the respondent) must file their response to the farm’s request for leave to appeal by October 3, 2025. • Universal Ostrich Farms (the applicant) then has 2 days after that to file any reply. ❗️The CFIA has custody of the ostriches.
