It appears I am not the only one that doesn't think very highly of trending dietary fads. The peer pressure seems to be among those choosing gluten-free as the wise, gut-healthy option, making others around them feel less-than if they don't make similar choices. But the other half of the gluten-free push, has been the discovery that farmers spray their crops with glyphosate.
