WWII Vet Stuns UK TV Anchors by Telling Them the War Wasn’t Worth It – The Freedom He Fought for Is Gone!

A heartbreaking moment during an interview with a British World War II veteran shows that the older generation understands how grave the situation is in his country — the freedom he fought for is gone.

Good Morning Britain interviewed Alec Penstone, a 100-year-old man who once fought to protect his country from tyranny, on Friday morning. The interview was conducted ahead of Nov. 11’s Veterans Day or for the United Kingdom, Remembrance Day.

Penstone was asked what his message is as we approach it.

“The sacrifice wasn’t worth the result that it is now,” he told the room.
When asked to explain, Penstone added, “What we fought for was our freedom … now it’s a darn sight worse than when I fought for it.”

Germany’s ‘Speechcrime’ Raids Are a Chilling Sign of Things To Come


​At around 6 a.m. this morning, hundreds of people across Germany awoke to police officers at their door. Their only ‘crime’ is to have openly made critical or offensive comments on the internet, many about specific politicians.


This is not a scene from the Third Reich or the German Democratic Republic, but from the Federal Republic in the 21st Century. Officers from the Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) intend to make approximately 170 house visits today, to investigate ‘hateful’ or insulting comments made online. Suspects have had their tablets, laptops, and phones confiscated, and their homes searched. This operation has been taking place annually for several years now, to enforce paragraph 188 of the German criminal code. This was amended in 2021 to make it a criminal offence to insult a political figure, punishable by a maximum sentence of three years in prison.​

Thanks to Sean Duffy, the Hurricane Damaged I-40 in North Carolina is Already Open Again – Pete Buttigieg Claimed it Would Take ‘Months or Even Years’

The I-40 in North Carolina was heavily damaged during Hurricane Helene, which was a huge problem as it’s a major road.

The Biden administration ignored many of the problems in North Carolina after the storm, leaving people sleeping in tents in winter. Who can ever forget FEMA under Biden, avoiding homes that had Trump signs in front of them?

When it came to the I-40, Biden’s transportation secretary Pete Buttigieg said it would take months, maybe even years to fix it.

Sean Duffy was sworn in as Trump’s transportation secretary just a few weeks ago and the I-40 is already open again. The North Carolina Department of Transportation announced the reopening of Interstate 40 on Saturday morning.

I-40 was destroyed by Hurricane Helene five months ago. Flash flooding along the Pigeon River damaged large sections of the eastbound lanes near the Tennessee line.

“This marks a significant step toward reconnecting North Carolina with Tennessee, and it comes as a relief to travelers and businesses alike", the NCDOT said.

It’s amazing what can be accomplished when you have competent people doing the job and a commitment to getting the work done.
