• Coming up for air as I continue efforts on my textbook before the foraging season kicks into high gear! I realized I haven't posted any new blog articles for literally an entire month! Oops???

This coming weekend, we are at Vernon Shoparama at the Vernon Rec Centre. We will be in the rec centre's gym. In April, we will be back at the rec centre for the Vernon Wellness Fair, and then at Maplefest downtown Kelowna the last saturday of the month.

May's craft fair schedule has run off the rails, BUT. . . we end the month at our very first ever Ren Fair!!! As I type, Ashley is working on a leather corsette belt for me! Comparing apothecary outfits to 1850's bar tenders with the age if piracy, and in all three image searches, it was apparent that as an English rider, Ashley's outfit was prebuilt just riding her horse! She had made herself a waspy corsette a few years ago, and that completes her look. The Penticton Ren Fair is happening May 30th!

Do keep tabs on our 2026 Where We'll Be card, and/or to the website calendar, clickable from the main menu bar across the top of my website.

We've also discovered the wonders of turning pine bark into a spice similar to cinnamon, with a flavour profile similar to cinnamon as well. It lends the same flavour style to things like apple fritters, apple crumble, pumpkin spice blend, etc.

We are changing up the tea packaging by the way! This is more cost effective for us, takes the same length of time to put together as the current packaging, but takes up less space, and is easier to use. Just keep the string for your own storage as you will need it to close the package. Wild Apple Spice is the first tea to use this packaging.

With plants coming to life around the valley, now is the time to be planning for foraging workshops.

It's going to be a knock-em-out year this year (on many levels)! Here's hoping if you live in the Okanagan, to see you around at various fairs we'll be at!

  • Just as they always do leading up to holidays, they are hitting us harder than ever. The past few hours they hit us with a (dominant) combination of the "Aromatic" type and "Mag-Blocker" type (and others) both of which induce serious heart issues (arrhythmia, fluttering, v-tach) in some but leaves others unaffected. It may interfere with Vagus nerve function as well, but we don't yet know. Nevertheless, this has been the hardest hit of this type we have had in several weeks. God only knows how many of our friends and family are no longer with use because of this horrific crime against humanity. Isn't it just a wild coincidence that the majority of people cannot smell or taste any of these types. *Clearly* they (the aerosols) were engineered that way, which clearly indicates intentional concealment, which indicates malice. The world needs to wake up real fast.

It may save a life. This stuff they are spraying us with clearly rapidly depletes magnesium. I know a few toxins that do this, but the only one that I found does it this rapidly is venom peptides. This is why magnesium may save lives when facing these types of symptoms. Think about this folks. The symptom set is *identical* to the cv "sharp-thing" and genetic testing has shown that the highest-mortality lots contained these peptides. This means they have been possibly aerosolizing this (not the /\/\-Rna, but the peptides manufactured by the /\/\-Rna) for perhaps 5+ years before the cv event, then they manufactured a crisis and convinced many to take it internally. This is a very possible scenario based purely on the data (Keep emotions out of investigations. Always let the data lead). https://gsw.bz/stopha

Remember how they said the prepared all the vials in months? This is physically impossible. It takes years to do this. It is a huge undertaking: Vats, assembly lines, transport, storage, etc. The process takes years. What if they refined the process years before so they were ready to pull off the scheme quickly, before too much opposition could organize. In this scenario, they would have had to make the peptides and refined the storage procedure far in advance. It's much more complex than most understand. This would explain why all the same symptoms of v-peptides began appearing as early as 2014 in aerosolized form with the "Mag-Blocking" chem-type. This is the most viable scenario based on the timelines and complexity of the process (manufacturing v-peptides). This is the realized chem-type: https://gsw.bz/type-bb

  • PHAC wants another biolab in Winnipeg—what could possibly go wrong?
A government procurement plan for a new 'Medical Countermeasures' facility includes Containment Level 2 and 3 labs, infectious material storage, and—you guessed it—animal breeding for virus research. Because clearly, that's what Winnipeg was missing.

  • When we decided to take delivery, what should have been a routine 5-day process turned into a nine-month odyssey of excuses and misdirection. We had strategically contracted to store our silver in Canada’s government mint refinery and storage facility – ironically, the same facility that had been emptied when Canada foolishly sold off all its gold and silver reserves. The vaults were empty, waiting for our silver.

  • Myself posted this before: CBSA’s ReportIn app is similar to U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) also relatively new CBP One app, in that both apps aim to enhance efficiency in immigration processes and overall border security. However, both apps also present strikingly similar privacy and civil rights concerns. Despite the differences in the two apps’ specific functionalities, the core concerns about the apps revolve around biometric, biographic and location data collection, storage, security, and their broader implications for individual freedoms and equity.
