SISCO tint meter is a handheld device used to measure the percentage of Visible Light Transmission (VLT)—the amount of light that passes through a window, with or without tint film. It operates by placing a light source on one side of the glass and a sensor on the other, calculating the total blockage to determine if the tint complies with local legal standards.
