It appears I am not the only one that doesn't think very highly of trending dietary fads. The peer pressure seems to be among those choosing gluten-free as the wise, gut-healthy option, making others around them feel less-than if they don't make similar choices. On Tuesday night we attended a packed house meeting that talked about New CFIA Livestock Traceability Rules 2026 Implementation & Regulations. Thank you Darcy and Ross for the information to attend the meeting. They had some very powerful speakers like Jason Smith. Jason Smith had to put down his 500 + deer and cut the heads off for testing. CFIA came back with all negative results and had the nerve to tell him "At Least We Know Now!"
