It's time for the Top 25 for 2025! This is the moment when we look at what the most popular articles were from last year, and get a glimpse into who is viewing them. Apparently bread-making was at the very top of the list! People wanting to learn about my services got a good number of hits as well, which I find very encouraging. Both my cookie articles made it into the top 25! Who says going wild means giving up fun things like sweets? (we won't mention the brain needs sugar, just not at junkfood levels). I was happy to see how many devotional commentaries made it into the top 25 articles. As your Biblical Natural Health Coach, my premise does come solidly from Scripture as the final authority on what I share and do. I stopped keeping up with the latest in SEO rules and regulations, and even without those efforts anymore, the following list of referrers showed up for 2025: As problematic as gab has been over this past year for me as a user, it has sent a fair number of visitors to my content. Both Librti and USA.life, two other alternative platforms that I am on, have sent traffic as well. Lists like this show that no matter where you live, shifting to a more natural way of handling your health using food as medicine is a common train of thought these days. The baffling thing for me, is seeing decidedly muslim nations in the list. Places such as Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Indonesia. it is my prayer that the true seekers among them will find Christ as their Lord and Saviour. Because I use a VPN, AND I'm a free member of GAB, I can no longer access my account! I was at a craft fair all day on Sunday, and when I got home and tried to log in, I was met with the news that GAB had decided only pro, meaning paid members, can access the site using a vpn. My choices are to go pro, or drop the vpn. I'm doing neither because I haven't earned anything from my use of the platform! On the prowl again for useful places to get word out about my coaching, natural health, the benefits of foraging, and meet fellow Christians in the process. I don't want platforms belonging to Meta or Alphabet (ie google, youtube, etc), I don't want blockchains, web3, universal ID, and those that report to string pullers or China (ie: tiktok, polkadot blockchain, etc), and I don't want my followers to have to be tech-geeks to get connected with me such as joining the fediverse! Seems like a tall order. I almost had 100 followers over on Gab too, and was in conversation with a lady about herbalist courses, our shared faith, and textbooks. She wanted to continue the conversation and now she's left hanging because I can't get to my account! Very frustrating. I did not have an offsite contact for her. . . not good! I am frustrated.

Sometimes when I introduce myself online or in person as your Biblical Natural Health Coach, I'll tag onto the end of my short speel, "Don't worry! I won't make you go vegan!" This is because of a discussion I rarely ever see coming out of the vegan space, and I read magazines that sometimes push the vegan diet, with articles written by trainers, dieticians, nutritionists, sports coaches, and others. That discussion is the issue of bioavailability. I discuss this issue, along with sharing research papers around why certain nutrients are best obtained from meat and dairy, often red meat more than pink or white, and fish. Though this article focuses more on red meat. I just updated this article again! It's been updated a few times now since it was first written in 2022, and additional links for further reading are given at the end of the article. Today's update was a second voice speaking up around the issue of PUFA's in the modern processed diet, but sharing how damage done can be reversed. What does "health" mean to you? Does it refer to the state of your body, or the state of your relationships, or your emotional state, or what's on the plate at dinner? In reality, it's all those things and more.
