This document is titled MEDICAL CERTIFICATE dated January 19, 2023 with a seal. David first said I can share the document but a few minutes later he said I could not. When you meet me in person, I can let you see it, to prove I have it and this statement is true. This January 19, 2023 document says he was examined and treated with the following findings and/or diagnosis: Acute Coronary Thrombosis/Myocardial Infraction secondary to the fake C-O-V-I-D V-A-C-C-I-N-E.
